This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement, "person" includes persons and any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity) and Pièces de Carrosserie BMC Ltée regarding your access to and use of the www.bmcltee.ca website and all content, information, products and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website"). GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Delivery details
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split, you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your product.
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory. We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the estimated time of arrival of each product.
