Warranty

January 1st 2012

BMC guarantees all new and aftermarket products manufactured for BMC
to be free of defects in material and workmanship as long as the original purchaser
owns the vehicle on which the part is installed.This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty for sheet metal parts

For a sheet metal part to be guaranteed, the conditions hereunder apply:

  • A recognized rust proofing treatment must have been applied;
  • It is mandatory that all hoods must be sealed along the seam;
  • Perforation will have to be confirm by a responsible person designated by BMC Auto Body Parts;

The part will be replaced or credited according to availability. BMC will refund labour fees hours as per the initial evaluation and the products used for the finishing of the part;

  • BMC’s warranty does not cover all types of superficial corrosion, such as «stone chips», etc.;

  • This warranty will consider the primer application and the rust proofing treatment applied at the installation;

  • According to the vehicle’s condition, a revaluation could apply as per the GAA recommendations;

Recycled lights warranty

  • This warranty covers recycled head & tail lights for a period of 2 years.
  • Warranty for new radiators, new condensers & recycled steel bumpers

  • These parts are covered by a 12 month warranty starting from the date of purchase;
  • Labour fees and material used are covered by the warranty (Freon fees to a $60.00 maximum);
  • Defective parts will be replaced by BMC Auto Body Parts;
  • IMPORTANT

    This warranty does not extend to commercial vehicles or vehicles used for commercial purposes;
    This warranty does not cover failure or perforation resulting from accident, damage,
    abuse or improper installation;
    The deadline for all claims is of 10 business days following the return of the defective part;
    It is imperative that the part received be verified and tried to insure that the part is the one ordered and that it fits properly before painting;
    BMC’s labour rate for all claims is $40.00/hour;
